Welcome to GU Holding

GU Holding AB is a company fully owned by the Swedish government. The aim is the development of new companies based on research results from and leading edge competency of the University of Gothenburg.

The mission is that the knowledge developed at the university will come to the benefit of the society.

To date GU Holding has financed and initiated over 70 companies and a number of projects. By active support from the owners, added value is created in the portfolio companies in order to ensure business, market and technological development, as well as in the area of intellectual property rights, managerial and organisational structures, and financing.
